What is BagApp?
BagAPP is a platform allowing you to search, choose and book a luggage deposit service at the nearest business premises (Shop or similar) , in advance or right at the moment you need it. This can be done with an application available for IPhone and Android or via the website.
Is BagApp free?
Yes, BagAPP is free: downloading the app, using the website and booking the deposit is completely free. The cost of the service will vary according to the luggage deposit chosen and the related booking requirements and it will be clearly displayed during the reservation phase.
Is BagApp safe?
The custody of your luggage is guaranteed by BagAPP’s network of selected partners equipped with a dedicated space for luggage deposit. When booking your luggage deposit you will be provided with the terms and conditions of the service
How does the search work?
BagAPP automatically identifies your current position, if this doesn’t happen check that the geolocation function on your device is activated. On your Smartphone you can click on the blue arrow in the first text box in the BOOK DEPOSIT frame to start the localisation. You can also decide to insert manually a different point of interest. Indicate the number of baggage you wish to deposit, the date and time of arrival and departure and click on SEARCH.
How do I browse the luggage storage list?

You can choose to sort the deposit list by:

  • Distance from the nearest to the farthest to the address provided – select DISTANCE from the search filter on top of the search results.

  • Price from low to high - select PRICE from the search filter on top of the search results.

Can I see where the storage deposits are on a map?
Yes, you can compare the deposits’ position by clicking on the marker on the right hand side at the top of the screen, visible in the search results page.
How do you select a storage deposit?
By clicking on the name/picture of the chosen deposit and then click on BOOK.
Can I post a review on the service?
Yes, you can. After checking out your luggage you can post your evaluation on a 1 to 5 scale and leave a written comment. To do this you must select the storage you wish to review from the HISTORY section of the Menu which you can access by clicking on the left hand side at the top of the screen.
How can I speed up the check in process?

By using the re-check-in, function you will be able to insert in advance all the required data. This way the deposit will only need to verify them at the time of check in and waiting time will be greatly reduced. BagAPP will also save the data for you next booking so all you need to do is confirm them.

Can I use BagApp without any registration?
To make a booking you must insert at least name, surname, a valid email address and ID This data is necessary to receive the booking confirmation email which must be shown at the deposit at the time of check-in.
How do I sign up?

You can register by inserting your name, email and password in the SIGN UP screen or alternatively you can login with your social profiles Facebook and Google+ by clicking on their icons in the LOGIN page.
You can find the LOGIN page at the end of your storage deposit search or by clicking on the Menu on the left hand side at the top of the screen. You will then receive an email to the address you submitted with a link to activate your account.

I have filled in the registration form but I cannotaccess the App – what should I do?
After filling in the form you will receive an email to the address you submitted with a link to activate your account.
I have not yet received the registration confirmation email – what should I do?

Check your Spam or Deleted folders in your mailbox. If you still cannot find the email please contact our customer service at info@allsharp.net

Do I need to register every time I use BagApp?
No, you just need to register the first time and then you can access the following times with your log-in information.
I forgot my password, what should I do?

If you registered with your email and password and not just via the social networks, then just click Forgot password? Reset it link to receive an email with the instructions on how to create your new password. If you signed in via a social network, you will need to reset the profile password of the social network you chose to sign in and access again.

How can I close my BagApp account?

We are sorry to see you leave as you will be missing out on the opportunity to travel hands free. You can ask for the deactivation of your BagAPP account by writing an email to info@allsharp.net

When should I book the service?
You can book any time you need it, even in real time by selecting the next time slot.
How many pieces of luggage can I deposit with a single booking?
You can deposit up to a maximum of 4 pieces per each booking.
What are the minimum and maximum baggage dimensions?
The maximum dimensions are those of a big trolley, usually 50x70x30 cm. There are no minimum dimensions. Each baggage is considered as a piece, for instance also a backpack.
How do I know that the booking has gone through?
The email you will receive is by all accounts the confirmation of the booking. Make sure you show it to the deposit to be able to proceed with the baggage check-in.
Once I have booked what are the next steps?
The deposit will be waiting for you at the date and time of the booking. You just need to show the confirmation email to be able to deposit your luggage.
What should I do if I don’t receive the confirmation email?

Check your Spam or Deleted folders in your mailbox. If you still cannot find the email please contact our customer service at info@allsharp.net.

What should I do if I can’t access anymore the confirmation email?

If you lost your confirmation email or you can’t access anymore your email account, just show the booking from your smartphone under the BOOKINGS section of the side Menu accessible on the top left side of the screen at the time of check-in If you booked via the website then you can write to info@allsharp.net to receive again the confirmation email or to receive a copy on a new address email.

Can I keep trace of my bookings?
To see your confirmed bookings just LOGIN and click on the BOOKINGS section of the side Menu accessible on the top left side of the screen.
Can I cancel the booking?
Yes, you can find the link to cancel the booking in the confirmation email. Just click on it and follow the instructions to cancel the booking. There is no penalty for cancelling.
What is the deadline to cancel the booking?
You can cancel the booking up to an hour before the expected deposit time without any penalty.
What happens if I don’t cancel the boking and I don’t show up?
After three no shows your account will be deactivated.
Can I modify the booking?
Yes, you can. To modify your booking you must cancel it by clicking on the link in the confirmation email and then proceed to re-book. We advise you to modify it as soon as possible or at least one hour before arrival or the deposit might not guarantee the availability.
How can I book a deposit with a commercial facility I have already used of which I can’t remember the name?
You can check out the HISTORY section of your bookings after logging in by clicking on the dedicated button of the side Menu accessible on the top left side of the screen.
When do I pay?
You will pay the entire amount directly at the deposit, either at check in or at check out
What are the payment options?
Usually all deposits will accept cash, major credit and debit cards. This may vary according to the service you selected – you can contact them directly for further information, the contact details are indicated in the confirmation email.
How can I offer the BagApp service in my commercial facility?
Just visit our Join usus page and fill in the contact form. You will be contacted shortly by one of our representatives and will be able to join in a few hours the exclusive BagAPP network.
How much does it cost to enrol my commercial facility in the BagApp network?
There are no fixed monthly or annual fees to join BagAPP. BagAPP will retain a small royalty on the bookings that have actually taken place and been paid for.
